Prof BILL RANDOLPH is Director of the City Futures Research Centre, University of New South Wales, where he leads a research team specializing in housing markets and policy, urban renewal and high density housing, urban analytics, and urban wellbeing. His personal research has focused on a number of themes: housing market dynamics, socio-spatial polarisation, urban renewal, high density housing, planning policy outcomes, and affordable housing.

Key appointments in the last ten years: Associate Dean Research, Faculty of the Built Environment UNSW; AURIN Management Board; Chair, NSW Community Housing Advisory Committee.
