Professor PHILIP CLARKE holds a Chair in Health Economics at the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health, University of Melbourne. His health economic research interests include developing methods to value the benefits of improving access to health care, health inequalities and the use of simulation models in health economic evaluation.

Key appointments in the last ten years: Research Fellow, Health Economics Research Centre, Oxford University; Member of the Prostheses List Advisory Committee (PLAC); Chair of the organizing committee for Mt Hood Challenge: A biannual international health economics and diabetes conference.
