Professor Stephen King was a Member of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and Chair of the ACCC’s Mergers Review Committee until 2009. Dr King specialises in microeconomics and industrial economics, particularly the application of economics and competition issues. He has researched in a wide range of areas involving the application of microeconomics to public policy including health, housing, transport and education policy.
